In what season are you today? If you live in the North Hemisphere, you will experience a different season from a friend in the South Hemisphere. Are you in the Winter now? Are you in the summer? Winter may not mean cold but dry, and Summer may not be hot but humid. How puzzling! Regardless of how we call and classify the seasons, it is clear that there is a season for rest and slow growth and a season to expand and flourish. I invite you to choose a plant. It can be outdoors or indoors; you may be responsible for its care, or it is a wild plant. Just pick one and follow its growth. Observe it through the seasons, and take notes if you wish. Are there any parallels with your own life and growth? In what season are you today? Next time, I plan to ponder on boundaries.
